If you want to fix the world, start by fixing yourself
As stated by William McRaven, “If you want to change the world start by making your bed”. If you make your bed in the morning you have accomplish your first task of the day, this then gives us a sense of pride and accomplishment. By accomplish small tasks, it reminds us that little things in life matters. If you can’t do the little things right, you will never do the big things right. This line also reminds by having a simple sense of responsibility can be helpful in forging us to be a better man.
Change starts with me" is a powerful statement that
emphasizes personal responsibility and the role individuals play in bringing
about positive transformations in their lives and society. It implies that in
order to see change in the world, we must first be willing to change ourselves.
By adopting this mindset, we can initiate positive shifts in our attitudes,
behaviors, and actions that can influence those around us. “Change starts
within ourselves”, that saying is by far one of the most inspiring word I have
ever listened. If we desire our surroundings to change, we must also change as
well. By doing simple or small changes as long as it is beneficial. Remember,
change starts with you, but it doesn't end there. As you embark on your
personal transformation, encourage and inspire others to do the same. Together,
we can create a collective movement towards a better future
Sometimes change is the only way we
can fix ourselves, we can fix the everyone or everything that surrounds us, we
must change as well. The word change is inevitable, change is constant, we
cannot remove change, as long as it is for the better. However, we change will
never be accomplished if we do not change ourselves. If we desire to change we
must also change ourselves, we can do it by simply challenging ourselves to be
better than yesterday. Together we can change the world.
